From long PDF to short form

1. Choose a PDF. Existing fields, text cues, printed boxes, and optional English OCR help find relevant pages.

2. Review the suggested pages. Show all pages to include any missed matches.

3. Fill the fields. Use Adjust layout to move, resize, rename, or remove fields. Add anything the scan missed.

4. Export only selected pages as a fillable or completed PDF.
